Responsibilities:
• Maintains inventory of office supplies, sorts and distributes mail, makes travel arrangements, prepares itineraries, schedules meetings, etc.
• Actively manages managers’ daily schedules and calendars.
• Processes expense reports.
• Prepares reports as needed, e.g., for sales, research and data analysis projects.
• Interacts with company personnel at all organizational levels.

Part Time Promotions Assistants are responsible for event maintenance which includes preparing, setting up for and recapping station events. He/She will also be responsible for interacting with station listeners on the phone, at the front desk and on-site at events. He/She will work closely with the Promotions Director and Promotions Coordinator to carry out the goals of the Promotions Department.
